Research and Development

• Since our foundation we rank among innovatory companies with their own research and development
• For particular cost coverage of implementation of CNC underfloor lathe our company obtained contribution from the state program for the support of small and medium business in the form of the nonrepayable financial aid from the program TECHNOS in the year 2000
• Except the development fully financed from our own resources we have succeeded in the competition of tenders for granting the purpose support of the program IMPULS for the project solution of research and development three times:
• In the year 2004 our company began solving of the project FI-IM/195 Measuring Device of Tram Wheels "MZTK". This project was successfully finished in December 2005 and has a direct sequence on solving the dilemma of underfloor lathes in the point of extending their productive and economical utilization. The mentioned machinery will make possible the contactless measuring of tram wheel profiles.
• With respect to successfulness of the production program "Underfloor Lathes" our company has decided to expend of the production of CNC underfloor lathes with the carrying capacity of 150 and 250 kN. These lathes will make possible machining of all the underground and railway vehicles. The project FI-IM2/173 Underfloor Lathe PUS-CNC is going to be finished till 31 December 2006.
• The latest project that we solvein the scope of the research and development program IMPULS is the project FI-IM3/152 The Tube Bending Machine XOT 80 CNC. The project was begun in Fabruary 2006 and is going to be finished in December 2007. After its successful finishing our company will become the only domestic producer of CNC tube bending machines.
• All the stated projects has been realised with the financial support from the state budget resources by means of Department of Trade and Industry.
