Enabling to clamp and bend thin-walled tubes with the proportion D/t > 15
Fix and fast fastening along the whole tube circumference is ensured with fixation clip with the excenter and profile liner

It is necessary to use a pair of profile rollers and mandrel for each thin-walled tube to avoid its deformation

It is possible to deliver even atypical segments exactly designed according customer's requirements besides the series produced ones
We also produce segments for bending of squaer tubes, flat ovals, profiles and flat or square bars

Length admeasurement is intended for measuring of length between bends by means of linear magnetic admeasuring systém located on the guide tube of special accessories PZ 60. Free endof the bent tube clamped in the bending segment is fixed after slipping on a special accessory into a three-jaw chuck. After finishing of the first bend the scale is set to zero and bent tube is drawn at drawing value of the length between the end of the first and start of the other bend.

Pneumatic loosening of the mandrel enables pushing out of the mandrel after finishing the bend directly from the switchboard. The principle is controlling of the holder by means of pneumatic cylinder placed in the back part of the special accessory PZ 60.

It is designed to bending of thin-walled tubes on a small radiuses of bend. It consists in equipping the tube bending machine with the hydraulic aggregate and two linear hydromotors. Part of the supply is a holder of bronzsmoother, which ensures the quality of the surface on inner bow of the bent tube.
