As part of our metalworking services, we provide custom rotary turning from a single prototype piece to medium-sized production runs.
Thanks to advanced programming, we carry out a wide range of operations:
Every material requires a specific approach. That is why we always precisely calculate the cutting conditions for turning for each order (feed rate, depth of cut). Optimal cutting conditions minimise the thermal and mechanical stress on the workpiece, so that the finished part does not deform once removed from the chuck.
We turn a wide range of materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and non-metallic materials such as POM or Teflon. We can also handle special stainless steel 1.4404, hardenable 1.4034 and cast iron. Quality control and follow-up treatments
Every specified turning process we carry out is subject to strict final inspection. At the customer's request, in cooperation with verified partners, we also arrange subsequent heat treatments (hardening, carburising) and surface treatments (galvanising, blackening, anodising).
CNC turning is one of the sub-technologies of metalworking. Within the same category we also offer CNC milling, drilling and boring, and surface and cylindrical grinding. This allows us to manufacture complex rotary parts for you, including follow-up operations, all under one roof.
