Tube expanders PZ 400

Tube expanders are used for expanding tube ends on tube plates. They can work with stainless materials, too.

We produce tube expanders exclusively as custom manufacturing according to customer’s specification. Special tube expanding tools are delivered for tubes with inside diameter from 10 to 50 mm and max. thickness of tube wall 5 mm. The required torque for the PZ 400 ranges between 6 ÷ 180 Nm.

The PZ 400 consists of:

• pneumatic reversible vane motor,
• planetary gear module (1 to 4 pcs.),
• tube expanding tool carrier,
• handle for containing the reaction from torque.

Scope of Delivery

• Metal support stand with pressure governor, slush separator, and air re-lubrication device attached to it.
• Tube expander PZ 400 proper, attached to support stand with pressure hose.
• Tube expanding tool.
