Cold Formed Parts

In the manufacture of cold formed parts we use special forming machines. These are:

• roll bending machine (round bending of tubes and section steel)
• press (pressing of sheets)
• shears (cutting of sheet metal)
• press brake (press-braking  of sheet metal)
• spinning lathe (manufacture of rotationally-symmetrical products)

In the manufacture we use the following technologies:

• rotational forming
• punching

We can design and manufacture tools and jigs necessary to achieve the required result, i.e. the delivery of an atypical product.
