Designing

The drawings- and technical documentation is in our design department prepared on PCs by means of the powerful 3D Solid Edge modular system. Basic calculations are verified by the MITCalc and TDS-TECHNIK calculation programs. Strength calculations are performed by the finite elements method using the Solid Edge module software. In addition, we offer the preparation of complete drawing documentation for manufacture according to customer’s specific request.

Cold Formed Parts

In the manufacture we use the following technologies: bending, roll bending, pressing, cutting, press-braking, rotational forming, and punching. We can design and manufacture tools and jigs necessary to achieve the required result, i.e. the delivery of an atypical product.

Metal spinning

Metal spinning provides big savings in materials and costs and at the same time offers a high degree of drawing depth, as well as flexibility and operative management of manufacturing. We can manufacture rotationally-symmetrical products up to a source sheet metal diameter of Ø 1000 mm – this refers to sheet-steel (including stainless) and aluminum sheets. Maximum thickness of sheet-steel is 2.5 mm, in aluminum it is 4 mm.
