Tube Bending Machines
We are one of the few Czech manufacturers of tube bending machines. All of our bending machines are manufactured by the modular concept design. This makes it possible to satisfy even customers‘specific requirements. We have 5 basic type of tube bending machines on offer. These types can be supplied in several modifications.
Underfloor lathe PUS 1435/80 CNC
Our company has developed and introduced a new type of universal underfloor lathe for productive machining of tramcar wheels without the necessity to disassemble the bogie. The lathe is a part of the integrated underfloor lathe workplace intended for all types of currently operated tramcars including the low-floor ones.
Torque Multiplier NMK
The torque multiplier is designed for assembling and disassembling bolted joints of large diameters. In particular, it facilitates the releasing of corroded bolted joints. It exerts big torque by small manual power. The torque multiplier allows the tightening of bolted joints by specified tightening torque.
Epycyclic gears
We produce epicyclic gears of the types NMK 16-400 and NMK 5-1250 as well as their assembly NMK 78-1250. They are a part of tube bending machines and torque multipliers. They can also be delivered separately for special purposes or as spare parts. Should you have special requirements, we can design and manufacture an atypical epicyclic gear according to customer’s order.
Flanging machine LS 01
The flanging machine LS 01 is designed for pressing the edges (trimming) of ventilation piping. It can work with circular, square and rectangular piping sections. Its application can be extended for instance for the fabrication of eaves gutters, various ventilation piping and fume ducts. Simple operation and unusually high efficiency make the LS 01 very popular equipment for sheet metal work.
Tube expanders PZ 400
Tube expanders are used for expanding tube ends on tube plates. They can work with stainless materials, too. We produce tube expanders exclusively as custom manufacturing according to customer’s specification.
Roller Burnishing Tools
Roller burnishing tools are designed for smoothing and hardening both outer and inner cylindrical or flat surfaces of machine parts. These tools can be used on lathes, milling cutters, boring machines, boring lathes and other special-purpose machines.
